	Happy New Year! For the month of January, any purchase that totals $20 or more will receive a free gift!

	Order online using our shopping cart and secure server. If you'd prefer to order via snail mail or email, please use the form below.

Please email me at beth@bethsullivandesigns.com with a copy of this order form. Cut and paste into an email is fine. I will reply back with availability as well as a payment total including shipping and Massachusetts sales tax if applicable. The bibs you have requested will then be reserved for you for a period of 2 weeks until your payment arrives and clears. As soon as the credit card payment (taken over the phone) or money order is received or your check has cleared, the bibs will be sent to you. I will send you a confirmation email with shipping date at that time.

Local customers are welcome to set up an appointment with me at my home to browse through the bibs we have on hand. There are many more than what have been listed on the website. Please email or phone me (508) 883-9497 for details. If you did not find what you are looking for, please email me for additional pictures of bibs that we have in limited quantity.
