For Christmas delivery all shirts and payment must be delivered to me by October 1st. Please email or call for availability. I do keep a waiting list which fills up quickly.

For Graduation or Birthday presents, all shirts and payment must be delivered 8 weeks prior to the time you need the finished quilt. Please call ahead to be placed on the waiting list.

My schedule fills up quickly so please let me know in advance that you are planning to do have me do a quilt so I can put your name on my schedule. I require a $25 deposit to hold your space with no shirts in hand. If you do not get me the shirts on time then I cannot guarantee delivery on time. When you get me the shirts I need a 50% deposit of the quoted price of the quilt.

Shirts need to be delivered or sent to my home address. Pick up at your home (within 20 miles of my home only) is available but will cost $25.

If you need your quilt in a hurry, please call or email me. Depending on my schedule and that of the machine quilter, I may be able to accommodate a quicker delivery. There will be a fee of 15% of the finished price of the quilt for rush delivery which would be within 2 weeks of receipt of the shirts. This price does not include return shipping.
